Also starting pole fitness this week which I'm so excited about ! I'm really working towards having more strength and energy. I did work out every other day for about 4 months last year and realized those were the times where I had the most energy and was able to get things done earlier. I'm also starting to try and limit my soda/coffee intake, but living with siblings who love junk food makes it a lot harder. <br /><br />I'm definitely with you about how people just start giving out advice. I do have some friends that told me to go for it, then I had the ones who tried to tell me about how to go about doing it when we don't even have the same body image/goals.
